Terms and Conditions

  1. Our OakPods must be booked in advance.

  2. Our OakPods are available to book Friday to Sunday from midday until close.

  3. To book and dine in our OakPods a minimum number of 4 guests is required. 

  4. A minimum spend is required on peak days as part of the reservation of our OakPods. Peak days are as follows: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday and Father’s Day.

  5. A minimum spend of £180 is applicable on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday and Father’s Day.

  6. A minimum spend of £500 is applicable on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

  7. If the minimum spend is not met, the difference must be paid.

  8. On all peak days, a card authorisation to the full value of the minimum spend is required to secure the booking of an OakPod. Card authorisations do not take payment or hold the money from the account. All information is held securely on file.

  9. For peak day bookings, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the time of arrival. Cancellations after this time or in the event of a no-show, the card on file will be charged the full minimum spend value. Please note, this excludes Christmas Day where the standard Christmas Day terms & conditions override the above.

  10. Authorisation of card details and reservation of an OakPod confirms you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of booking.

  11. On off-peak days there is no minimum spend requirement and no card details are needed to book. In regard to cancellation, we just ask that you please inform us ahead of your arrival. 

  12. At times of inclement weather, the decision may be taken by the team to transfer your booking inside. We will do our best to contact you in advance to make you aware of the change to your booking should this occur.

  13. Unfortunately, only one of our OakPods is wheelchair accessible and able to accommodate a highchair. Please contact us to enquire for availability.

  14. Our OakPods are dog-friendly however please note they are limited in space.

  15. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Please note; we add a discretionary service charge to all reservations of 10%. Our team work hard to make your experience special and 100% of gratuities generously given go to the team who prepare, cook and serve you. If you wish to have this removed, please speak with a member of the team.
